Candy Heaven

Candy Heaven
She's a clerk in a candy shop and she lives on doritos and soda pop
and everyday she's waiting on her lonely life to drop, so she can put on her high- heeled shoes.
He drives around in a beat up van and he goes everywhere that a salesman can,
but heaven knows his heart is waiting like a vagabond for love without the blues.
Chorus:
Gumdrops roll on by like that beat up van that passes by
and the passion of the life inside
that candy shop where someones waiting for the door to open,
it'd be like candy heaven.
Then one ugly rainy slippery morn, she's feeling lucky kicks her heels and heads into the storm,
turns the open sign on and then sorts out the candy corn for the day to start anew.
Now this same day he decides to stop, he walks right in through the door of that candy shop
and as he picks up some change that he had dropped, he checks out her high heeled shoes.
Chorus:
Gumdrops now collide in that candy shop where loves inside
and the passion of the life rolls by
in that beat up van where two hearts making love for the first time,
it feels like candy heaven.
Chorus:
Gumdrops fall in time, cause that candy girl wed that salesman guy
and the passion of their love won't die,
no more love song blues or lonely nights for everything just happened
and it looked like candy heaven.

Smooth
Nothing else moves me like you do. Nothing softens my heart quite like you.
No one can turn my awkward smile into a steadfast half moon.
You're the only one able, to make my sharp edges smooth.
Nothing ever made me dance this way; No one ever made me taste the rain.
No religion put me on my knees to pray. So, that is simply why I must say-
It's you, the way you make me move; For you, sweeten the darkest mood.
So true, you know just what to do- ooooh, to make me smooth.
Loving you has saved me, and freed my spirit from doom.
Just the thought of you is like being born again, every sense feels brand new.
Nothing could be more lovely than exploring a new part of you.
And when you look at me, in the way you do, my rough shell goes smooth.
Nothing ever made me dance this way; No one ever made me taste the rain.
No religion put me on my knees to pray. So, that is simply why I must say-
It's you, the way you make me move; For you, sweeten the darkest mood.
So true, you know just what to do- ooooh, to make me smooth.
You smooth me out, the way you laugh
makes my whole body dance
nothing moves me like you

I Am, You Are, We Are Enough
Hide while I sing you a love song
Walk away when you feel it's too long
Paint the words a million colors
Still no one sees my heart
Give everything as they don't care
Cause something else captures their longing stare
Undress, still unimpressed
And no one knows your heart
This is all I am; Is it Enough
Does it take too much
To meet my eyes and smile
To look inside; And find it's been awhile that
I am, you are, we are enough
Seek while she's sitting beside you
Hold on to the one thing you know isn't true
Pass the time with a silent pride
So no one steals your heart
This is all I am; Is it Enough
Does it take too much
To meet my eyes and smile
To look inside; And find it's been awhile that
I am, you are, we are enough
If I breathe and feel enough
Will you be, and believe enough
If I cry and laugh enough
Will you love enough (repeat)
Cause...
I am you, you are, we are enough
